 | I have lived and worked in Littleton the majority of my life. Although I was born in New Jersey, I moved to Littleton in my second grade year, and am a graduate of Arapahoe High School. We were known as the tribe of '75! I graduated from Metro State College in 1979 and after substituting for a semester was hired as a second grade teacher. I am currently in my 29th year of teaching and have taught second and fifth grades. I enjoy walks in the sunshine and rain, spending time with family and friends and reading mysteries. I have a daughter, Dierdra, who graduated from Western State College in Gunnison with an art degree. She is pursuing a graduate degree in New York! My son, Michael, graduated from Heritage High School. He is currently working and enjoying life! I enjoy teaching and love to watch young children grow and learn. It is a very exciting profession and I am proud to be a part of the Walt Whitman community.
