As a result of the recent grant, Whitman Elementary School was able to open a totally new computer lab in the Fall of 2006.  This computer lab is a very nice facility.  There are 29 student workstations.  In addition, the computer lab is equipped with a projector, a smart board, and 5 scanners.  All student computers and the teacher computer are connected to a new HP color laserjet printer.  This is state-of-the-art technology!
